Tuesdays: Vinyasa Yoga (6-645PM)
All levels welcomed. Vinyasa class is meant to engage your entire body as you flow through individual postures using the breath. Challenge your body and find your edge. A good warm up before getting on the wall.
Thursdays: Deep Stretch (6-645PM)
All levels welcomed. You don’t have to be flexible to take Deep Stretch. You’ll be lead gently through a series of postures meant to give you an overall stretch of the body. With this class we will stretch out those often forgotten climbing muscles. This is great for pre-climbing or post climbing. A class to attend to recenter and restore.
