It’s easy! Just stop by anytime and we can teach you to use our equipment in 30 minutes in our Basic Skills class. After that you’re free to explore our 40’ walls with multiple routes from beginner to difficult. It’s easy and fun, and, yes, almost anyone can do it! All the gear you need is included, plus instruction and unlimited climbing for the day all for an introductory price of $25. Bring a friend and we’ll take 10% off. Spend a couple of hours with us and learn why climbing is fun fitness!

$25 non-members, includes shoes, harness, and chalk as well as climbing for the day.
Minimum age: 14.
The first step in learning to climb! In our 30 minute Basic Skills class you’ll learn the essential safety skills needed to climb at Rise Up on your own. Upon completion of this class, you’ll be able to put on a harness, clip into the rope and belay for a partner. All the equipment you'll need is included and once you complete the 30 minutes of instruction you can stay and climb on your own for the remainder of the day. You can then return and climb at Rise Up whenever you'd like without further instruction giving you the opportunity to see why climbing is a fantastic workout.
No reservation is required, just show up and we'll teach you on the spot. Fitness training has never been so fun!

What is Climb X?
You've heard of P90X and maybe TRX. Well here's the climbing version of the bootcamp series that's swept the fitness world. Get yourself in shape as we push you through a variety of exercises (including climbing) designed to kick your butt and get you in shape. Our fitness center can provide you a great workout no matter what your current training consists of. Make us your health club! We supply the motivation, and you supply the perspiration. The prefect cross training for any sport or trianing regimen.
Two winter sessions reworked to be more climbing specific. This time around Climb X will prepare you for the spring season. Let's spend the winter getting stronger together!
